Questions
Which languages does it transcribe?
Vietnamese and English. Choose the spoken language before you upload; the result keeps Vietnamese diacritics.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account you get 15 free minutes a day and files up to 10 minutes. An account (sign in with email) is needed only to buy minutes and transcribe files up to 180 minutes.
What files can I upload?
Audio and video in common formats: MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM and others. For video, only the audio track is used.
How do I use the subtitles?
Download SRT for YouTube, Facebook, CapCut or Premiere, or VTT for a web video player. TXT has no timestamps and opens in Word or Google Docs.
What happens to my files?
The original upload is deleted right after the audio track is extracted. Transcripts are deleted automatically; the deletion time is shown under each result.
How do I pay?
Pick a package in your account, scan the VietQR code with your banking app and confirm the transfer. Minutes are added to your balance after the payment is checked.
